What we
Do
Since the beginning of the large-scale armed aggression against our country, more than 10 million Ukrainians, more than half of whom are children, have fled their homes.
OUR PROJECTS .
The war has united the people of Ukraine like never before.
Today, every Ukrainian's heart is bleeding when we see, hear and watch our country being destroyed – our houses, kindergartens, architectural monuments and innocent people as well as children are being killed.
We cannot be on the sidelines when there is so much pain next to us.
That is why the team of activists offers to support the projects that Ukrainians need today!
Support for People Forced to Flee Their Homes
We work with charitable organizations as well as volunteers and people who have been relocated to other cities and request help with the following:
- food items (cereals and grains, canned food, potatoes, sausages, salt, sugar, oil, bread, coffee, tea, water, pasta, etc.);
- household and personal care products (laundry detergent, cleaning products, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dry and wet wipes, disposable diapers);
- seasonal clothes;
- home appliances;
- medications.
Assistance in Changing Qualifications for Employment
Kindergartens in Ukraine are currently closed, which is a problem for the employment among women with children.
We involve specialists to conduct training courses in the field of beauty industry (hairdressers, nail technicians, eyebrow specialist and eyelash technicians) to obtain specialties with a flexible work schedule.
Rehabilitation of Women and Children Victims of War Violence
We involve international rehabilitation centers that are willing to accept women and children suffered from the war violence for rehabilitation.
To ensure more effective rehabilitation, such work should be carried out as soon as possible after the traumatic event.
"Mom, will I really see the sea?"
The child's psyche has been much traumatized as a result of the aggressor's military actions.
That is why we involve international tour companies, hotels as well as airlines to provide children and women who found themselves in a difficult situation of relocation with an opportunity to visit places of rest.
Camps for Children and Teenagers
We involve international camps for children and adolescents in Ukraine.
The work of such institutions in Ukraine has been on hold. Children being at home all the time as well as the lack of full-time studying and regular communication with peers, in addition to psychological trauma from military events create an unhealthy atmosphere for children and adolescents.
Psychological help
We involve practicing psychologists, psychotherapists and psychologists who teach in higher education institutions for individual and group meetings.
Support for the Elderly in the Regions
There is a problem of elderly people being left without support.
Many young families had to leave their elderly parents to keep their children safe.
We liaise with regional organizations and united territorial communities to help elderly people left without support in hostile environments.
